- Day 1 Arrive Marrakech
Arrive in Marrakech at any time. - Day 2 Imlil, Aremd (B,D)
With its fantastic views and clean mountain air, the little village of Aremd is our home for the next four days. Enjoy home-cooked dinners and a friendly family atmosphere at our mountain gîte. - Day 3 Tamatert (B,L,D)
Tamatert is nature at its best. Spend the whole day trekking the trails through the magnificent mountain landscape. Ascend to the Tamatert pass where the fabulous view over the neighbouring valleys and summits, including the majestic Mount Toubkal peak, will leave you in awe. - Day 4 Tizi M’zik (B,L,D)
Lace up those hiking boots for another full day of exploring the Atlas Mountains as you pass through age-old traditional Berber stone and adobe villages clinging to the mountainsides. The Tizi M’zik pass has superb views over the Azaden and d’Aït Mizane Valleys and the surrounding peaks. Be invited into a Berber home to share mint tea with the local villagers. - Day 5 Sidi Chamharouch (B,L,D)
Trek along the mountain slopes and discover the secrets of the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch. A holy place, people from all over the region come with offerings and prayers for good health, wellness and to cast away evil jinns (genies). - Days 6-7 Marrakech (2B)
Our included walking tour will bring this fascinating city alive. In the evening, the only place to be is the famous Djemaa el Fna Square filled with everything from acrobats to storytellers and snake charmers. Let the women paint your hands and feet with henna or indulge in arguably the world's best orange juice! - Day 8 Depart Marrakech (B)
